Internship Program
AgState actively recruits college students to participate in our internship program. Our interns gain real-life work experience that builds upon lessons learned in the classroom.
Our philosophy is to engage our students in partnerships with our best salespeople, managers, and production supervisors to ensure they experience the full scope of our company. Each intern receives opportunities to explore areas of personal interest in addition to the job they are assigned.
We pride ourselves in creating a win-win situation that makes this experience beneficial for the student and the company. Internships often lead to full-time employment, and every year we hire agronomy and precision-ag interns.
Talk with our Recruitment Team at career fairs on campus at South Dakota State University, Iowa State University, and other schools.
