Community Involvement

AgState is proud of our communities that we serve because they are our communities as well. We support our local communities by donating items, funds, and volunteers. AgState is always looking forward to helping our producers prosper, and that includes education of our youth, scholarships, 4-H, FFA, local Fairs, Fire Departments, Police Departments, EMTs, and fundraisers for local families.

BVRMC A.W.A.R.E Foundation

AgState donated all the supplies from Fareway in Storm Lake for pies to be made and sold at Ragbrai to benefit BVRMC A.W.A.R.E Foundation. Pies made by Diane Radke & Friends

AgState donated $5,000 to the Ida County Swine Barn project

July 11th, 2023, AgState donated $5000 to the Ida County Swine Barn project. The new barn received the first swine group for the fair that started on July 18th and ended on the 23rd. Local Schools Hat & Mitten Drive Winners Alta/Aurelia

AgState held a Hat & Mitten Drive with all the local schools. The top participating class at each school had a pizza party. Our Top winning Alta/Aurelia class is pictured. This class chose to donate all their donations to their school for students in need. AgState held their own drive and donated all items to Mid-Sioux out of Remsen, IA.

AgState works closely with our Fire, Police, EMT departments. AgState is always keeping safety top of mind and occasionally we need the assistance of our local groups.
